Colony touching the death of MA HUNG, male, 40 years, deceased.

VERDICT:

LI FOOK SHUN.

We find that the deceased was MA HUNG, who

died in Kowloon Hospital on January 3rd 1939 from

a gunshot wound incurred while trying to escape

from Ma Tau Chung internment camp on January 2nd.

We are of the opinion that the sentry DHAN SINGH

shot the deceased while carrying out his orders.
